Nightmare... Dodgy outside light fitted at my disabled neighbours property by Rob his employee. Seen nice enough decent blokes. The light however hasnt worked on & off since late Dec 2018. Boss attended once b4 but was just trip switch issue at ladys home. He didnt even recognise this product, said its NOT one of his- yet "his employee" fitted it! Its useless & this disabled lady has tripped & fallen outside X3 since Dec, attended hospital last time recently. Nobody answers his Office Home Number & he rarely answers mobile. Shes in pitch blackness still almost 3 months later but has been badly let down. If he a answers Fobs her off saying hes still away working in Ipswich. The Rob bloke said hes "allegedly" called round, but shes housebound & its a BIG LIE. ALL VERY DISAPPOINTED. Hence zero stars for Customer Service!!! :( Wont let me give No Stars - so lucky him got only 1!
